Reservations and payments are simple!

1. Check the Availability page to see if the condo is free on your travel dates.

2. Send us an email at reservations@friendsofmickey.ca and we'll respond with a rate quote. We check our email frequently and usually get back to you right away.

3. If your dates are available and you'd like to start your booking, we'll send you our online Rental Agreement by email that outlines the Terms and Conditions of the rental and specifies your payment method. After the Rental Agreement is signed, we collect your deposit amount and then confirm your reservation dates by email.

4. Payment options:

PayPal - We prefer payment by PayPal since it is quick and free for our guests to use! Even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal as some payment types can be made using a PayPal 'Guest' option.

Credit Card Direct - We accept Visa and Mastercard for direct processing. There will be a 3% fee added to your payment total to use this service.

Mail Check - we accept checks, payable in USD or CAD, but keep in mind that the reservation will not be confirmed until we have received the initial deposit amount.

5. Final payment - about 32 days prior to arrival, we will send you another invoice for the remaining amount owing on your reservation as per the details in the Rental Agreement. For last minute bookings with less than 30 days notice, the full rental amount is due on booking.

6. Welcome Package - once your reservation is paid in full, we will send you all the information you need to access the condo during your stay - the property address and telephone number, the keyless entry code, the wireless internet code and a 'paid in full' receipt that the Windsor Hills gate staff will need on your arrival.
