Rental Rates for Friends of mickey condo

Reservation and rate details:

We require a deposit of 20% of the total rental price* to secure the booking for your requested dates. The deposit is due upon receipt of the invoice from Friends of Mickey Condo. The full rental price is due 30 days prior to arrival. For last minute bookings having arrival dates less than 30 days into the future, the full total rental price is due immediately upon booking.

13% Florida state tax will be added to posted rates.

Security Deposit - You can choose from two options for providing a security deposit:

OPTION 1: Provide credit card number to keep on file during your stay (the card will not be charged unless there are damages).

OPTION 2: Provide a $250 refundable deposit when paying the final payment for the rental. The security deposit will be returned using the same payment method it was paid by once the property manager takes a departure inventory and clears the property for damages. We will process the refund 1 - 2 days after your departure.

Free cleaning fees on stays of 6 nights or more. For stays less than 6 nights, a cleaning fee of $65 will be charged.

Check-in Time is 4 pm

Check-out Time is 10 am.

* Total rental price refers to rental fees, taxes, and cleaning charges (if applicable).
