In our experience Windsor Hills resort Orlando is quite simply the best location! We have found there is no other luxury resort that compares to Windsor Hills while enjoying a family vacation in the Orlando area. The facilities are second to none!
The Windsor Hills resort is just 5 minutes from the entrance to Disney World and I-4, 15 minutes to Sea World, 20 minutes from Universal, and 35 minutes from Orlando International airport.
Windsor Hills resort is set in a beautiful, peaceful countryside, with the acclaimed Mystic Dunes golf resort right next door.
Hotels in the Disney area can be very expensive; in fact you will pay the same price for one person as you would for the entire condo (this two bedroom condo sleeps 6). You and your family will have more than one room; you will have a living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. If you wish to meet with other guests, you would have all of the resort amenities to share. A perfect solution to all your vacation/holiday needs.

Is this a time share offer?

Absolutely not! The condo shown on this website is privately owned. You are not in any way required to sit through a presentation; instead, you just sit back and enjoy your vacation rental home without a sales pitch.

What is the maximum occupancy?

Our 2 bedroom condo at Windsor Hills resort can take a maximum of 6 guests. (1 king bed, 2 full size beds). This is due to Florida state fire and hotel regulations.

How can I check on availability of your condo?

The availability calendar is kept up to date so you can see very quickly if your preferred dates are available.

What is required to make a reservation?

Do you provide air conditioning and heat?

Yes, our condo has central air conditioning and heat as well as ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room

Any Restrictions?

Is the Condo non smoking?

Yes, our condo is NON SMOKING! In accordance with Florida State Laws, or condos and communal areas are designated No Smoking areas. No smoking is permitted inside the condos.

Where do we pick up the keys to the condo?

We like to make things easy for you when you rent our condo! No need to visit the management company first.
There is a keyless entry keypad on the front door. An access key code will be provided to you prior to your arrival via E-mail.

Is the condo cleaned daily?

No, our condo is cleaned before you arrive and after you leave.
There is no cleaning charge unless your stay is less than 6 nights.
For longer stays, cleaning is available upon request for a cleaning fee of $65.00 per occurrence.

Are there cleaning supplies?

We provide regular cleaning items such as a mop, broom, dustpan and vacuum. As this style of vacation home is classed as self-catering, you will be responsible for other needs, such as soap etc. There is an on-site sundry shop and supermarkets and grocery stores close to the resort.

What if something is not working in the condo?

You will be provided with an emergency number to call. The property management company’s information will be provided in the welcome E-mail and will be in the information book inside of the unit.
Our property management company resides within 5 minutes of Windsor Hills resort and is available 24/7.

When are check-in & check-out times?

Your condo will be available for check-in at 4:00 pm. Your check-out time is 10:00 am on your departure date. A vacation condo requires more time to clean than a hotel room. Therefore, please help us prepare for our next guest by checking out on time.

What about security?

Windsor Hills resort is a secure community with a gatehouse which is manned 24/7. You will be asked to show your receipt for your stay at the gate to gain access to your rental condo.
An entry/parking pass for the duration of your stay will be provided which you will simply put on the dash of your vehicle.

Are all the wonderful amenities free?

Yes! However you will need a security guest card for access to the clubhouse and swimming pool at Windsor Hills resort.
You obtain the card from the Windsor Hills resort welcome desk located at the clubhouse. Each card requires a small deposit (refundable upon return)
Tennis / putting green / basketball / volleyball courts / are complementary free for your use; you will need to give refundable deposits to borrow clubs / rackets / balls etc.

Is the Windsor Hills resort pool heated?

Windsor Hills Resort offers you the perfect vacation community including an Olympic sized swimming pool with water slide and zero entry area for the toddlers. It is available to all guests and is heated at no extra cost during the winter months.
A heated hot tub is also available at the facility.

How close is Windsor Hills to the Disney Theme Parks?

We are one of the closest! It will genuinely take you just over 5 minutes to get to Disney Theme Parks.

Where are the nearest supermarkets/restaurants?

The Formosa Gardens Plaza on Irlo Bronson Highway (US 192) has a Winn-Dixie super market , 24 hour Walgreen’s drug store and many restaurants such as TGI Friday’s. Further West on the US 192 is Publix.
